Effectively blocking sun and looking good
The Roach’s from southern Illinois have been traveling the US for the past decade collecting Harley Davidson dealer souvenir chips as their hobby, representing some 180. Ardent fans of Harley Davidson, their hobby is a terrific way to pursue new campground locations, stopping by dealers along the way. While their collection is impressive, that’s not what I found fascinating.

Talent begets designer sunscreen with practicality
Sherry Roach, an immensely creative individual, crocheted this elaborate sunscreen to exemplify their fondness of exploring the US on their Harley Davidson Trike. But there’s practicality in her design. Depending upon what direction they are parked, they may only need partial shade. Hence, the HD sunscreen. On days when it’s hot or buggy, they can choose to pull the full-length bug screen down behind. This summer, they plan another circuitous route exploring new campgrounds while they collect more Harley dealer chips and enjoy their love of motorcycling.
